Ted was absolutely professional. Most lenders said we could not qualify for a loan or we had to wait a couple of months. Ted went out of his way to ensure that we would qualify for a loan. Ted was able to close escrow in less than 30 days. He always responded to my emails or calls. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a caring professional lender.

Several years ago I obtained a loan modification where they temporarily lowered my interest rate (no reduction in principal). After a few years, as the rate began to climb back above currently available loans rates, I tried to refinance, only to discover that since my loan was marked as "modified," no one would refinance me. I tried three different lenders with no luck. They I used some of my connections to find two experts -- people who supposedly knew everything there was to know about loans.
