Zero stars given. I had the misfortune of dealing with Ted Dueck who represented my ex-wife. In my experience, his mediation skills were juvenile and his behavior was bullying. When I asked for mediation to resolve differences with the goal of avoiding a case conference in front of a judge, Ted's reply was that before mediation is accepted, I must agree to release funds to her.
