I had a bit of a rocky start to my experience with Tecworks, but i feel it is necessary to change my review as I am actually taken back by how helpful everyone has been. I was referred to the lovely team here today as my phone wouldn't work. The ladies were so helpful and went over and above for me to get my phone working while in Australia. They opened it up and fixed it for me straight away. I am extremely grateful and HIGHLY RECOMMEND this team!! Thankyou so much, your help was much appreciated!!!
Purchased leather case for samsung flip 4 ,$140 Plus ,after a week of being fitted by dealer the leather case was interfering with the fingerprint sensor and volume control (AND ALSO LEAVE STAIN MARKS FROM THE LEATHER ON YOUR PHONE) ,when opening and closing the case it would slide up from the phone interfering with the controls on phone. Why can you buy silicone tips for Samsung buds pro 2 when get the pack only has two pairs small and large I wanted medium well I get answer from tecworks & samsung not our problem absolutely pathetic also tecworks close door and put sign back in 20 mins waited 20 mins rang and told me there having lunch can you believe it what a business.
