Absolutely loved our experience at Tecovas! Layla was so sweet, welcoming, and incredibly helpful while we were there. She made the whole experience so enjoyable! And Brett killed it with branding my wedding boots—such an amazing personal touch that made them extra special for my big day. 🤎🤠 Couldn’t be happier with my boots and the experience!
Came to this place recently and as I’m walking around, I heard the store manager (found out it was the SM) making inappropriate sexual comments and questions towards the sales associates, who appeared uncomfortable. Not sure if this was addressed, but otherwise very disappointing to hear.
I had a great shopping experience last night. I’ve never had an experience like this before when it came to shopping for a new pair of boots. I felt welcomed and had fun. I just wanted to say thank you to the people who helped me and my family thank you, Hailey, Brett and Danny! I highly recommend you all
Being from Indiana, I have never been into this store before. Brett gave me an excellent experience and provided a welcoming environment. I got to learn all the materials used in creating their products and got to learn his story as well. He was great, defintely stop by and get to know him, while he gets you right in style!
I have 13 pairs of Tecovas, they’re my favorite boots! However, they have a new store manager at the Tucson location, and the entire store’s culture has shifted. I think her name is Tawny? While shopping, I overheard this woman complaining about how other women’s body’s looked and then claimed that she will only hire “curvy women” in her store now.
