I visited Tecovas Germantown on 9/19/24 to finally pick out a pair of boots I’d been wanting for a while. The store had about five employees, all of whom were warm, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. The shop itself was spotless and had a very welcoming atmosphere. You're able to get your boots cleaned and customized for free, I got mine branded and it was a really cool experience.
I bought a pair of boots on 8/28/24, the girls in the store were so kind and helpful, they pulled out 2 options of every boot, and were so happy to help me pick a pair. Great experience
I love Tecovas, 100% worth it. The Germantown location is top notch. Cat and Sabrina were amazing. Cat did an unbelievable job branding my cowboy hat, she's a true perfectionist and so talented. I recommend Tecovas Germantown and I will be coming back soon! Thank you Cat and Sabrina! :)
Great store with amazing customer service. An associate, Evan, reached out to multiple stores across the US to find a pair of boots for a gift and handled it perfectly. Friendly staff, clean store, great atmosphere. Would recommend!
The whole team at that store is amazing! I now own 7 pairs of boots and they are so comfortable! I wear them to every event I go to, which is a lot as a girl in a sorority!They are 100% worth every dollar I have spent on them! I also love the branding part of it, as it makes my boots more personal!
