Very unresponsive customer service. Email after email gets you no where! I will never buy from this store again.
Worst customer service. I had a problem with the boot I bought called customer service to report the issues, the lady that talked to me was great and explain that the warranty would cover my issue, she explained that because of was a handmade boot, it could be an issue. She instructed me to get a different style and asked me to send an email out to start the exchange process, a week later from the data I sent the email I called again to follow up. the manager is a scam artist, stay away instead of crediting my charge card when I returned a pair of boots, he presented my with a gift card and told me I had to use it that day or lose my refund!!!????
I ordered a pair of boots size 10.5 EE and when they arrived they had sent me a right boot size 11 D and a left boot size 8.5 D. I don't even get how they not only got the size wrong but sent 2 different size boots as a pair.
