Bought a 300 dollar pair of leather shoes and they are trash. Already creased at the front after first wear, no structure to help prevent this. I have several pair of loafers thats are 2 years old that look better than these new Tecovas. I can only say that I am at least glad to have only paid 300 for these shoes and not invested thousand in replacing all my exotic boots with this brand. Steer clear of this brand there are so many other better choices that stand behind their products.
I had such a great experience thanks to the manager, Daniela! She went above and beyond to make sure I found everything I needed and made my shopping experience absolutely amazing. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail really stood out. You can tell she truly cares about her customers. Daniela made what could have been a regular shopping trip into one of the best experiences I’ve had—thank you!
The staff went above and beyond to make sure I got the pair I wanted. By far one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. I'm a big Lucchese fan, but after visiting the Tecovas store, I can proudly say I’m a big fan now too.
This was my very first experience at Tecova the experience was excellent. Everyone was attentive and helpful Santiago helped me choose the perfect pair of boots. We will be back!
