Awesome shopping experience in store today can’t rave enough about the customer service from everyone. Zeke was awesome helping me figure out my boot size and a style for my first ever pair of boots. Can’t wait to come back again.
Walked in to purchase a 2k pair of boots and could not get any employee to even say hi. Unfortunate
Tim was my sales rep and he was amazing. This was my first pair of boots. He helped me figure out what what would look best based on my style and also educated me on how to properly maintain the boots.
Really disappointed in the service this time around. Wasn’t even greeted stood there looking at boots, came in to pick some out for our wedding coming up. NOT ONE SALES PERSON said hello or asked if we needed any help. This was our second time In as we live in San Angelo. Really disappointed. We left to look elsewhere. Likely won’t be back.
