A fantastic experience. It is the staff that makes this store shine. We walked in with three pairs of boots that needed to be freshened up, and were warmly greeted by Jordan. She wasted no time in attending to our boots while we browsed the latest selections. Gracie, who is relatively new to the store, but not lacking in boot knowledge, gladly retrieved pair after pair of boots for us to try on. Highly recommend, came in to exchange some boots and staff were very helpful and friendly. I was even able to sign up for the discount they offer to students and military through ID me. Great quality products. I did have an issue with a ball cap I purchased but they exchanged it with no problem. Will be back to purchase more products from them. I had such a great experience at Tecovas in Merrifield thanks to Catherine and Chase! They were both incredibly kind and helpful, and made the process of picking up a pair of boots for my friend’s birthday quick and seamless.
