Wore them once only to find out they're a bit too big for me. I was told that they dont take returns if they were worn outside, even if it was just a short walk into an office building. If your product is so worn down after 1 day of wear in an office building that you refuse an exchange, then I would question the quality of your product.
Older-ish woman employee was so aloof. Polite but unfriendly. Wish I was greeted/helped out by one of the other employees who seemed to have better customer service skills because then I might’ve actually purchased the boots I traveled from DC to buy.
The staff is friendly and attentive. But I personally don't go to western store to be helped. I just moved here from California, I've been ranching for years and the last thing I want to do is be around someone trying to get me a glass of water, asking a bunch of questions and being over the top friendly. City folk, definitely a go for y'all who want to dress up as a cowboy. As a country boy, this is not the place.
