Good product. Bad customer service. Left to wait outside the store in freezing weather with no estimate of how long the wait was when we could have easily had a look around inside. Then when I asked if they recommend a cobbler to add some grip to the bottom of the boot the sales associate kinda rudely explained how the soles will break in and get less slippery - assuming that I didn’t already know this information. Chase at Tecovas was outstanding. He greeted me right away, listened to exactly what I was looking for, and helped me find the perfect pair of boots. Super knowledgeable, patient, and easy to talk to. Excellent customer service — definitely coming back because of him.
The BEST shopping experience! We live 2 hours away and will drive to this store to try on and buy boots. The customer service is amazing!
