I had a bad experience buying my boots at San Antonio store and came to Waco for some help. All the people working today were kind and helpful in getting boots reconditioned and stretched. The branding was also something i was really excited to do! I will definitely come back to this store to purchase my next pair of boots!
Very nice experience all around. I bought my wife boots for her birthday not realizing they knock $50 off when it's your birthday. Excellent customer service without any pressure or sales tactics. Definitely recommend
