Exceptional service from Carter, unfortunately the boot I wanted was out of stock but he helped to sign up for a notification if it ever comes back in stock. Super friendly staff and products seem to be very well made. I did not leave the store with the shoes but I'll absolutely be a customer very soon. Cheers from Canada!

Liv is awesome! (What an awesome name BTW!) I had an issue with my new square toe work boots and Liv got me taken care of! I really appreciate Tecovas standing behind their boots. Also got my other square toe cleaned up while waiting! Only Tecovas from now on for me!
The staff here treated me and my family amazing! Upon arrival my family and I were met with smiles and offered a beverage of our choice. After that, while browsing for a pair of dress boots(my first pair) the store manager Liz, came over to help me out. She spoke with me and was very informative about 6-7 pairs of boots I had my eye on. I ended up deciding to go with the Mahogany Dillon. After Purchasing them, she even offered to shine them for me!
