Liv is awesome! (What an awesome name BTW!) I had an issue with my new square toe work boots and Liv got me taken care of! I really appreciate Tecovas standing behind their boots. Also got my other square toe cleaned up while waiting! Only Tecovas from now on for me!
The staff here treated me and my family amazing! Upon arrival my family and I were met with smiles and offered a beverage of our choice. After that, while browsing for a pair of dress boots(my first pair) the store manager Liz, came over to help me out. She spoke with me and was very informative about 6-7 pairs of boots I had my eye on. I ended up deciding to go with the Mahogany Dillon. After Purchasing them, she even offered to shine them for me! Listen, I love Tecovas. But the experience we had with Liz at the Waco store was truly awful. My friends and I were looking to buy multiple pairs of Tecovas and Liz completely dismissed us. As the store manager, we expected more from her and we will reconsider doing business with the Waco location moving forward. We quickly took our business to the Alpharetta location and we couldn’t be happier with Michaels customer service and enthusiasm to help us. We are truly grateful for Michaels support.
Would give 0 stars if I could. I had an absolutely terrible experience with Waco Tecovas and feel compelled to share it. I called the store to place a $2000+ order and spoke with Liz, the store manager, who was incredibly rude and hostile. Instead of offering helpful assistance or answering my questions, she responded with a dismissive and irritated tone.
