I bought a pair of tecovas when this store first opened. They’ve been amazing boots—deserving of all the accolades. Got a wallet a couple years ago and it’s held up well. Needed a pair of work boots and they had a great online sale. Ordered a pair and they came next day. Went to try them on and they’re way too small. I had the best experience at the Waco Tecovas store with Jordan, Erin and Liv.
What a fun place! My friend and I made a spontaneous trip to our Waco Tecovas and we had a blast! Jordan was very helpful and was super patient while we tried on so many boots. He really went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. We both purchased a pair of boots and had them branded. Jordan and Erin did a phenomenal job! WOW! So impressed. Also, Liv was super kind and helpful!!! We will be back for more!

I love my Tacova boots 4 pair and also purchased 3 pairs for my adult kids. But this weekend my wife wanted a pair of Tecovas and I figured while she’s there I might get me a forth pair. Since my picture I’ve grown my hair out and we walked in separately and after walking the store and touching multiple boots I was never approached or even acknowledged.
