Needed my back camera lens fixed and I walked into the shop and they took care of me right away ! I left to run some errands and came back 40 mins later and it was waiting for me to be picked up
Very satisfied with the service at Techy. I've been here a couple of times for phone and laptop repairs. The staff are courteous and you get email updates every step of the way. Prices are reasonable and it's nice to get local service instead of having to send your electronics away and wait for them to come back from wherever. Highly recommend!
I brought my computer to Techy because it had a black screen and would only load into BIOS. After there diagnosing the issue, they told me it was a motherboard failure. Anyone with basic knowledge knows that if a computer can enter BIOS, the motherboard is still functional. It felt like they either didn’t want to take the time to troubleshoot or were trying to upsell unnecessary repairs. The only positive experience was the staff—they were friendly and polite.
