Went in to have glass damage repaired on device. Explained that i had needed to get content from the damaged device but would likely be doing the back glass as well. Associate told me that if i had them both on the same order that they could cut me a deal. So i had agreed and they placed the order for the back glass. Front screen was done and from what they had said theyd opted not to clean out the back glass (so that they just had to put the glass on) and put a case on it instead so that the glass wouldnt be everywhere. I was at the store this morning to have my cellphone fixed and I was there maybe 20 min.and the young man had it fixed.i was very happy he took care of my problem. Very nice young man I will go back if any problems.
I’ve been to TECHY several times and each time I was treated in a very friendly manner by each person I worked with. They fixed my phone so it now can be charged anywhere in my house and in the car They worked on several other computers, iPads. All the employees were always willing to help me out by finding out the problems with my devices and I will definitely continue to reach out to them anytime I have issues with my devices
