Absolutely terrible customer service! Went in to have my charger port looked at and the place was dirt, not one person made eye contact. I stood there for close to 5 minutes before I got aggravated and left. Horrible...if I could rate them negative stars I Absolutely would! On a great note Cell Medic fixed my phone within minutes and they have amazing customer service.
I am not certain who runs this facility but the communication is absolutely horrible. Poor customer service. I have been observing this store and how they operate is hilarious. They need to pick up a class on customer service.
I want to praise these young men for the phenomenal job they did helping me in the store. I initially thought about going somewhere else, but I’m extremely glad I chose to come here. i went in to get my back glass, my front glass, my all 3 back cameras, and my whole front camera piece replaced. the receipt/ticket they keep for records says that i only got the service for my front and back glass but in reality they not only took out my front camera and left nothing but they also changed out the 3 back cameras without writing it on the ticket and they left dust and fingerprints inside my back cameras and are now claiming that i never got my back cameras replaced at all. not only that but my back camera did... read more
They do not return calls.. I paid them upfront for a part that I was promised would be in today as my husband is going to Florida Thursday and needs his phone. I have called all day all I get is a AI person who can’t help… I will never go here in future I will go elsewhere! UPDATE to owners response Regarding your response.
