One would think if a customer brought in a cell phone and actually described the problem in detail that someone with say a technical background would actually have a fix or a solution for that problem!?! Naw, the only fix that they gave me was well maybe you have too many apps open!! Seriously? Good luck getting stuff fixed at this place!!!
I had a problem with my IPhone re an alarm going off every Sunday at 4:20am & an issue with a loose connection on my IPhone port & both issues were resolved by the Techy staff. Outstanding
