So i had issues with my screen from the first day i brought it home. I had to work the next couple of days so i couldn’t bring it in. Then the screen had an LED light across through it, no physical damage. I was told there was a warranty but it doesn’t apply if there is damaged.. which I didn’t see but obviously, I’m not a “tech” person and I couldn’t refute this. Stay away from this place everyone!!! I walked in to get my screen fixed and walked out with a defective screen and messed up battery. I never had an issue with the battery to begin with and they refused to give me a working screen. Waste of money and time. Avoid this place at all costs. $200 plus a tip which I should of never given. Very disappointed with Techy. Never again. Lesson learned!!
10/10. Walked in for a screen repair and was approximated 45 min (as someone was in front of me) but got it back in less than 20 mins! Quick and wonderful staff.
I went to a couple different stores and this one offered the best pricing and warranty. My iPad looks brand new now ! Great services!
