They finally gave me my phone back. I don't understand what happened, or why they weren't communicating w me, but at least I have my phone back now. No charge. It's a wash

I took my iPhone 8 Plus to his shop , just for a cracked screen , I get my phone back it doesn’t work at all , screen turns on and off , have multiple missing screws from where he didn’t fix it correctly. I later on come to tell my problems , and I can’t get a refund of $85.
