We relocated to a new office space in Wall Street NY, and we were need of network cabling services. We found Techsonduty who did a great job running all the cat 6 cabling and fiber optic uplink. The data rack was installed perfectly to house all our Cisco Meraki equipment. They were very accommodating working around our construction schedule, especially for the new furniture cubicles.
Very unprofessional and evasive. I called about replacing a patch panel in a residential property to address inconsistent internet connectivity issues. He quoted me rough pricing to replace the panel and test the cables, but when I asked about his testing capabilities (e.g. does he use certified testers or basic continuity testers, do they verify signal integrity), he got uncomfortably evasive and told me he wouldn't tell me how he worked! We were in the process of relocating part of our law office in Jericho, New York, and we found Techsonduty. We needed to run new ethernet wiring around the office, connect a few cameras and a few Wi-Fi access points. They were excellent, very accommodating, and finished the entire job in one day. I recommend Techsonduty, be sure to ask for Sam, he arranged our appointment and made sure we had everything we needed!
