I had a really bad experience. I took my ipad and they told me they would have a diagnostics within 2 days every time I would call and check in the guy just kept making up excuses that he was really busy and I should just pick my tablet. If you want a knowledgeable and professional repair center this is not the place you want to go. I ended up picking up my tablet because they weren't able to fix it after more than a week!
