Had a screen that broke in under 24 hours from them . Went in and recorded guy in shop saying faulty and taking photo of screen with no cracks . Said may be able to do warranty but come and leave it with them again during the work week baring in mind I use my phone to run 3 businesses so can’t just drive in and give up my phone I need to wait for a weekend . My experience with Techpro Computers & Mobiles was a short and brief one but one that made my day. Half my phone screen stopped working from dropping it, but was completely viewable. With less than 24hrs until my flight out of GC there was no way I was getting a screen replacement in time. After scouring internet forums, it was the gentleman on the other end of the phone from Techpro who suggested plugging a mouse in. SO SIMPLE! I just wanted to say thank you for your kind service my husband and I up here on a short break from Sydney and my husband‘s reading glasses had broken and we had no idea where to go. The service was professional and the guy who worked there was giving some good advice on what to do with fixing my broken phone. Wonderful guy
Said would ring and advise in 2 days. 3 days later ant 4 pm rang and asked if he had looked at computer he had k not. Then Said it would be a week. We had explained it was urgent but he lied, took our money and did not do any work. Child running a business without necessary knowledge and experience or work ethic. Took computer back demanded a refund and went to apple shop where we got more assistance in 5 minutes than we got in 3 days from him.
