Gave them a iPhone 13 that was showing to connect it to computer to restore it they said it didn't work I walked away then realized I need my money back I went back and they said no we can't give you the money back that was to restore the phone and in my head I was saying you didn't restore the phone so why are you charging me so I recommend not going here got scammed out of 50 dollars
Great service, good communication and great outcome for a water damaged phone. Would go back again for anything tech related.
Said would ring and advise in 2 days. 3 days later ant 4 pm rang and asked if he had looked at computer he had k not. Then Said it would be a week. We had explained it was urgent but he lied, took our money and did not do any work. Child running a business without necessary knowledge and experience or work ethic. Took computer back demanded a refund and went to apple shop where we got more assistance in 5 minutes than we got in 3 days from him.
Would highly recommend Techpro & the amazing staff such as Nick to repair all your phone needs!! From being affordable to efficient, definitely a 5 🌟 place Hope they get Afterpay very soon, but definitely come in & get your phone/laptop repaired at the fast & reliable Techpro store ☺️💎
