Luis is great! He replaced the hard drive and upgraded my desktop computer to run Windows 11 and even cleaned it thoroughly and replaced a loose power cord. All done quickly and at a reasonable price. I later had problems with my phone not charging and he tested my charging cables at no charge and sold me new ones while I waited. I would highly recommend him for servicing your devices.

My iPhone 11 suddenly went bizarre and won’t reset. I went to Tech On for help. The owner Louies was very patient and helpful. Though I ended up buying a new phone . But as I was at the store waiting for the phone to be fixed I was impressed by what I observed,~ how well organized Louis was running his store beside his wide range of high tech skills. He is straight forward in presenting his opinions of what he can and cannot do with the problems you have. I sincerely believe that you can trust him.
Super happy with this company and Luis in particular. I called around to see who could complete my job in one day and not only was TechOn Btown able to do it in one day their price and service was exceptional. I had my MacBook Pro battery and charging port replaced.
