We had an amazing experience at TechOn Btown! I took in my son's computer due to an issue with the cooling system. The place is nice. Luis was very welcoming and listened attentively to my son's explanation of the issue. Everything was done within a week. Luis had to order a new part for the computer, and he gave me updates through the process.
