Their "innovative solutions" turned out to be outdated and buggy software.We faced more issues after their installation than before.Customer support was slow and unhelpful—won’t be coming back.
Michael is very knowledgeable in technology he help terminate cat 6 wires out electricians left just hanging and not labeled what room they went to. Michael had it solved in a few minutes plus set up our spectrum for us. I would highly recommend Michael as your technician. We are going to have him back to do our TV 's He is very patient with my wife and I (non tech people) . Just a super nice young man!!!

Man this guy gets it. When I had an issue with my video on our primary TV, Jesus was dispatched. Even though his English was still a work in progress he fixed my issues quickly. Highly recommend Maycol's team.
Did an amazing job on installing a TV mount on my concrete wall in my backyard. Highly recommended using them for any of your home projects that require mounting anything to concrete!
