Not only did Alexandra (sales consultant) kept me informed of possible timeframes that the store would receive a digital camera that was sold out everywhere, but she also reached out to me only a couple days later to let me know that they managed to get stock in a few weeks earlier than expected and gave me the option to pick up the camera at their store in Leichhardt or have it shipped to me. Our business has been buying products from TBS for over 3 years now. I haven't thought of writingn a review earlier but it has gaven me time to ensure that the most recent purchase and dealing with the TBS team was of as a high quality as was the very first one. The TBS team are extremely efficient and over these years there has never been an instance when there were problems with orders or deliveries. They are always responsive and very helpful.
Super impressed. First time customer. Odered a scanner (at a very good price) 12.30pm Thursday afternoon. Scanner delivered Melbourne premises before noon next day (Friday). Beyond expectations - awesome!
