Rude and dismissive. Customer service so bad it could be used as a training video for what not to do.
My partner took her laptop in and the moment it touched the front desk it started working again. Tech is not easy but that kind of service is just above and beyond in this industry. 5 stars.
Called up for help with my MacBook thinking it had crashed completely. The guy on the phone (Thomas) was super lovely, told me to come in. Then the guy at the desk asked to see the issue. We opened it up and it was back to normal. Magic store. But also, lovely service and I appreciated their help and support. Will be back when it does decide to crash properly next time.
Complete sham of a business. Quoted $500 to replace the glass on the back of an iphone 14. (no damage to front or camera). A new iphone 14 would cost me $698! I am going elsewhere due to how ridiculous the pricing is with this business.
