These people were extremely rude to me when all I did was call to schedule my tax return preparation. Their secretary appears to bad-mouth customers simply because she doesn't know how to handle customers properly and then the tax preparer becomes belligerent and accusatory for the wrong reasons, and then when she finally realizes her stupidity tries to just brush it off without even an apology. Needless to say I hung up on her arrogance and will never use this primitive, unprofessional and discourteous firm again.
