Update 12 Jan, Technaus called and arranged free stage 1 filter installation today, now problem sort out. thank you very much. We used Technaus to install our Solar system 2 years ago and again just this month to add a battery… on both occasions their Sales team, Admin Team and Installation team have all provided exceptional, professional 5 star service! I would highly recommend their services and will use them again in the future!
After a smooth sales process we have been very satisfied with our purchase, however the install has been a disaster. Not only were we told it would be 3-4 weeks for install it is a few months just to get it booked in. We were given a date of 23/12 between 7-8:30 and we had the day off work to be here and they were a no show. 9:20 we were told they had an illness and would not be able to install.
