Excellent first meeting with Chris Hannecart. He explained all aspects in detail. We felt no pressure to sign on the dotted line.
Just had a battery and additional panels installed on Friday on our two story home - Henri was our installer and what a bloody legend he was! Clean, knowledgeable, polite and professional. Been monitoring the app (after he set it up with ease) over the past few days, battery charging to 100% - discharged to 10% by 10pm (we have a heavy usage at night between 5-9pm).
