Came in for an appointment and waited 15 mins for anyone to acknowledge my presence. Nobody at front desk. Had to go back outside and ask someone if anyone was working today with at least 5+ employees in sight. Wrong window was ordered despite correct description to phone operator. Took 3 hours waiting for one window to be replaced but at least it was completed.
