I had Jacques take a look at my laptop after I accidentally dropped it. He was incredibly thorough and took the time to clearly explain what the issues were. Fortunately, my laptop turned out to be okay after the fall, and he even offered to help if anything comes up in the future. I really appreciated his attention to detail, honest advice, and mostly, friendly support! Highly recommended!
Jacques from Otechcom was super helpful and went above and beyond assisting me with finding a suitable and quick solution to fixing a broken switch. Off which Otechcom didn’t get any money for the advice, but offered it anyway. Fantastic customer service, I wouldn’t hesitate coming to them in the future. Thank you
