Took phone in this morning, locked up, not usable, guy sorted it within a minute, no charge made and a pleasant manner. Definately recommend
they were very helpful with my computer,repaired the baseplate on my laptop,communicated with me throughout the repair process
I must say, I've had a quite disappointing experience. I came in a couple of weeks ago as my laptops battery was broken and needed to get a new one. I was told the battery could be swollen or the charging port would need replacing. It was an either/or kind of situation. One of the lads told me that the battery would cost me £90 and the charging port £85 to replace. The conclusion was that the battery wasn't swollen but he'd still replace it.
