The individual that appears to run this business is erratic, ill tempered and antisocial. My wife and I (in our 70s) encountered this frightening person today which left my wife scared and me perplexed on why anyone would do business with this company. i have managed retail businesses since 1968 and this experience was the worst interaction by far.
