Excellent service and well priced. They find the fault and charge you for the repair, unlike many others who charge you before they have looked at it. I was kept upto date with a photo of the fault and an explanation when I collected the machine. Will definitely recommend them.
Stephen and Zeihan are absolutely lovely, I could not have asked for a better experience, so accommodating. Continual updates and communication, and when I had an almost 2 month wait for Breville to replace my machine, they lent me a machine so I could continue making coffees the entire time! The best customer experience one could ever wish for especially in a time where businesses seem to care less and less about their customers. Service like this truly stands out. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough 🙌☕️
