Brought my custom PC, it had a blue screen of death plus a boot loop. Employee at tech fix was able to find the problem and fix it. They were really nice.

The person I talked to on the phone was irate. They promised to have the repair part in 2 days for my phone and to call me when it was in (replacement charge port). I called 3x over the next week to see if the part was in, but they just gave me snide remarks and said it was in shipping and would get back to me. It has been 3 weeks with no message. Stopped by the shop 2x and always has a post-it note "Will be back soon" (with a time) message on door with the open sign on. Waited well past the time, and they were nowhere to be... read more
