I recently had a great experience at Tech Fix, and I couldn't be more satisfied! The staff was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient while I explored my options. The prices were competitive, and the service was fast and smooth—from selection to setup. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for quality products and top-notch customer service!
Excellent service and staff were friendly. Went in with my laptop and phone screen damage. By the end of the day both items were repair and back to me.
Fantastic service at this shop. A laptop issue was addressed and fixed today. My charger was faulty and the owner demonstrated how the laptop should be, by using a different charger. Very knowledgeable and honest service. I was well impressed
Brough my phone in today to see if the screen was able to be replaced. The women was lovely and sorted everything for me . Couple hours later my phone was ready and was all fixed. Thanks
Went in on 2nd January spoke to young man gave him phone and told him what I needed and was quoted £50 for repair so I said go ahead, next day received phone call stating repair is now £250 as the young man was inexperienced and had no right giving quotes, this was right in front of a older Asian man who sat and said nothing who apparently didn't speak English so 2 staff in a shop that had no clue.
