First class experience: cracked screen left my phone and was replaced within 45 minutes , reasonably priced and he kindly transferred iPhone sim over for me , will definitely go back if I any future problems
bad customer service, was told it would take 1 hour when i phoned, then when i arrived they said 2/2.5 hours, they took my number to call me, go back in after 2 hours only to be told they couldn't do it. if it couldn't be done why didn't they phone me instead i wasted 2 hours waiting around. very poor customer service
I dropped my phone and the earpiece stopped working. I went to Techspot and they had it sorted in 90 minutes! I was a little early to collect and was offered tea and biscuits while I waited. Fab service! Highly recommended.

Always went to Tech Spot for all repairs and/or advice and was very happy . Unfortunately I won't be going back as I took my Samsung tablet 8 in to get a simple on/off button repair and after a week they hadn't contacted me with any update . I went in to ask what was happening and I was told the screen was damaged and the on/off button wouldn't work , it was going to cost more to fix than it was worth so I asked for the tablet back and left .
