Went in a week ago to get my phone screen fixed, waited a week for it to arrive , paid a deposit, went in today , left it with him for over a hour , when I went to collect it he said 'the new screen display isn't working and I put the only one back on and isn't working for that one either' baring in mind the display was working the screen was just cracked , he broke part of the inside taking my old screen off and new one on.
