Took my iPhone in for a back glass repair, Ariel took care of me phenomenally. He used genuine apple parts and was fast even though I can be a difficult customer. Will absolutely shop local and be using Tech Service again if I do happen to be dumb and break my phone again. 5/5
Very fast service, reasonable price! I broke my display on my macbook pro and he fixed it the same day I called and brought it in (I already had replacement screen). Other places I called in Duchess/Putnam county area didn't even return my messages. Owner is very cordial; shop is new, clean, and easy to find.
Great customer service, fast turnaround, very fair price for repairs. Highly recommend!!
