took my macbook and was told they couldn’t fix it, took them two weeks and afterwards they said my logic board was damaged even though i knew that wasn’t the issue, bought a new macbook like they said and i connected it to my old one and did what they couldn’t and fixed it.. now i have two macbooks. don’t know what went so wrong considering it took me 20 mins to do LOL, they said they couldn’t figure it out even though i told them what apple told me i had to do and they said they “tried it” sureeeeee
Took my watch in to get it glued and fixed. They did an excellent job, even sent me a text to let me know it was ready. It was done so quickly. Highly recommend!
I went in with two iPhone issues. They solved both in 5 minutes. Friendly, quick and effective assistance. I would feel comfortable going back with more complex problems. It was nice to have a store like this in Hereford.
