Absolutely the most ridiculous company ever. They only help existing customers.... how can you have abusiness like this!!!
Other than the one time we used them several years ago and wrote a very nice review, it has been nothing but high prices ever since (even after clearly expressing our desire for them to be conservative when designing their solution). They quoted us $18k for an audio system to provide background music in our business. Then recently quoted us $17k for a cellular signal booster. Just had some work done by the team from TechPro. TechPro was sourced by a third party through a franchise and I’m glad they were selected. Quality work, Adrian was on top of the project when the third party dropped the ball, great cable management, clean setup, and seamless integration. Any business that chooses TechPro is making a great choice.
Adrian and his staff are EXTREMELY knowledgeable and professional. They have worked on my system for a few years. Last year, I called, called, e-mailed Adrian (whom told me that e-mailing him at the address he gave me), was the one he would respond to. I e-mailed a few times. He never responded. I don't know why he does not want anything to do with us.
