Called him about an issue with my phone and he was extremely helpful. Gave me some honest feedback instead of taking my money. Spent about 25 minutes on the phone with me giving me advice even though I wasn't a paying customer. Super honest and helpful man. Would highly highly recommend this service
Bad place! Really rude people
He fixed my iPhone 12 max in 2 hours from the time I called. My camera was busted and I use it all day for work. Also had him put a new battery in there while it was open. I wish all companies worked like him. We would all be in a better place. Thank you for being my lifesaver!!!
DO NOT TAKE GAMING CONSOLES TO THEM!!! Got referred to their Southtowne location and the dude took my Playstation 5 for 2 weeks and got I it back in even worse condition (won't even turn on anymore) and charged me $200. Absolute mess
He was amazing. Went above and beyond. The problem with the phone was more than we anticipated, but he made sure it was done right and he even delivered it to me. He was professional and did a great job.
