I am a resident in Yamba. Two months ago I left a usb stick to be reformatted. He (the owner) said he could do that. I explained I wasn’t in a hurry. So weeks later I returned and he gave it to me. I took it home and there was no change. I again returned and he said he had not had a chance to look at it and to come back the next day. Three days later I returned and he told me that he was just too busy and to take it somewhere else. No apology given. Very disappointing. Would not recommend.Â

Alex from tech lab is an absolute wizard. Had an issue with my SIM card and after exhausting all options he managed to solve a very unusual fix. Highly recommend if you’re in yamba and have any tech problems to pay him a visit.Â
