After asking for help from 15 phone repair shops around Newcastle and none of them could help me I contacted Tech hospital at Kotara. I have a Oppo phone so it was a bit of a neich phone hence why I struggled to get the screen replaced. They guys were fantastic. They helped me so much with being upfront about ordering the part and letting me know when the part had arrived. Excellent service, fantastic communication and a great hassle free experience. AAA+

Visited these guys today (being return customers because they were so incredibly helpful previously). My wife had dropped her phone in water and thought there was no hope of recovery. Micheal and Josh were outstanding in their customer service and attitude to help with the choices to repair or otherwise. They fixed the phone with incredible attention to details and gave good sound advice on the process and cost. We cannot speak more highly of this business and their staff.
