Extremely overpriced repairs, quoted me £75 and 2 hours to solder 3 wires on a prepared audio cable (not surrounded by casing, just 3 wires). I found others who do it for £25. Edit: After I posted this review told me to "fuck off". Don't trust them or waste your money here. I feel sorry for people who pay this much. They likely give these crazy quotes because those who don't know better pay up and get taken advantage of.
I bought a phone here, really pleased with it and the customer service was second to none. Phone was all set up for me, emails and Facebook even tho I couldn't remember any passwords. The phone was £20 cheaper than everywhere else and I'd definitely go to Tech Fusion again when I want another phone.
Great most helpful to an older person
Very good quality service and have a very good knowledge of phones and laptops. They have the time and patience and very good. The best place in my town. I give Sid 6 stars for Laptop work. Always take mobiles and buy other stuff.
Very friendly service, had a look at my damaged item and did not want to charge just for the inspection/diagnosis. Will definitely come back when I need any electrical repairs.
