The on off switch on my PC tower was faulty. I wasn't sure if tech fix could help but they ordered and fitted a new switch within 2 days. Great service and reasonably priced. Will definitely go back.
Shocking customer service, took item in to be fixed paid for services, for the item to then still not work take it back to be told it’s never been opened to be fixed accused us of trying to fob them off saying it’s a different item!! Trying to guilt trip us into saying he’s had to pay for the item to be fixed! Rightly so when they were happy to take our money the first time and NOT fix the issue and send us away with a still faulty item!! Avoid at all cost
