I cannot tell u what excellent customer service i received from one of the technicians named Mike. He was knowledgeable n kind. He also kept the coat very reasonable n assured me not to worry
Mike helped me with patience and got me a screen protector and phone case in a timely manner great business highly recommend. Also has cases for every phone.
It was very horrible. That guy doesn't know what he is doing. Took my phone and said it was gonna be ready in 30-40mins, he took an hour and half and the phone wasn't still fixed. The touch screen wasn't working and he was trying to convince me how to use my phone and told me to manage the phone he charged $120 to fix. Don't waste your time going to this place, go to the swap meet instead.
the phone is up , I'm happy about that but my Google account is still locked out and won't recover so empty dead phone ..it's a rip-off
