Been with them since 2012 and I finally at the point to just close them out, their customer service is horrible I live down the street from the calumet city one but prefer to go to Crown point or the East Chicago branch because the calumet city one really needs training I wish they train customer service they are so lazy and always rude, and never assist or care to help.
I will be closing my account after years of service. Iam experiencing an issue and no one is trying to help me. So they lost me as a customer
