One of my Apple AirPod Pro's was having a crackling problem and after a lengthy call with Apple support, they sent me to Tech Check. I'm not sure what Apple expected to happen, as they knew the headphones were out of warranty and their recall program was over, so this put Tech Check in an awkward position. Fortunately, they were able to find a somewhat unexpected solution that sent me home with a very reasonably-priced solution.
