Was finaly able to find this company thanks to a coworker. Ive worked at a company from opening that used this company for our public areas Nothing has ever worked right and I get constant complaints from residents about it and bad reviews due to it even though I have no way to fix it. I work for a company who used Tech Automation to do our shared areas. Nothing has worked since the day I have started and I’ve been here a while. We constantly get complaints from members who try to use the things they installed. Management have tried to contact them several times about multiple issues but nothing ever gets resolved. Come to find out they aren’t even in our state or neghibor state so any help wouldn’t really be avalible.
