This store is amazing and the staff was friendly and amazing. The owner who helped me while traveling on a tour in Alberta was definitely fabulous and good service....definitely 5 out 5 star service

We bought our E-bikes (NCM Prague & Velec Step Thru) from Out West last year and have just had our first annual service completed on them. Both bikes have performed very well through out the year with no issues. We are very pleased with them and look forward to spending many more miles on them. We have recommended this store to many of our friends and will continue to do so. It's really nice to be able to support a smaller local Alberta business. Thank you!
I have two words to describe my experience with this business disappointing and untrustworthy. The owner repeatedly lied through her teeth to me, when challenged the lie just changes to a new lie, she would do anything to save face rather than admit to a mistake or issue. I won't even talk about the quality issues with how the bike was put together. I was able to confirm the true status of things only by going over their head and talking to the manufacturer, and I am still chasing the gremlins in my bike with the help of the... read more
