I've purchased 2 tebco explorers off this company. The second one has had a problem with the rear hub coming loose. I have been to the dealer many times about the problem and have been there while he's been on the phone to tebco. The last call I heard tebco agreed to replace the wheel under warranty. I have done everything suggested to try and rectify the problem to no avail. Tebco has admitted that there's a problem with certain hubs. I am one of the first group of BUYERS of a TEBCO Electric TRIKE. IT was and IS STILL my value for money transport. AT times the trike's basket transported an 18 yr old BORDER COLLIE...more often it was my weeks' groceries. IT still serves as an anchor point for gaiting my dogs on leash. TEBCO has NEVER let me down. My TRIKE is now onto its second set of tires. Thanks to the Tony, Graham and the team at TEBCO for getting me into the E bike revolution. The Hurricane kit arrived safely and the straight forward installation meant I could get set-up and riding very quickly and easily. I use it for my commute which is 22km each way and the battery easily manages the distance. Even though it provides excellent assistance I am finding it still provides moderate exercise benefits as if you want to go faster then you need to add the extra pedal power. 300km so far and very happy with it for... read more
