As someone who worked in the restaurant industry when I was younger, I understand how important proper sanitation is. Unfortunately, my first visit here left me very concerned. I watched an employee drop the ice scoop on the floor, pick it up, and place it right back on the counter to continue using it without washing or sanitizing it.
