Ignored me as a client. Did not even tell me that they changed offices. Would never reach out to check in. Then costed me the most expensive tax bill I have ever had. 6 figure. This was several years ago and I am still dealing with the problems that they caused. Do not use them. Oh and they wanted me to pay them 8k on top of that for their "services."
