Haven't had a tapioca drink in 9 years, I finally came to this place to see what it's about, and they didn't have tapioca, so I guess they shouldn't have that in their name, then expected a tip??? Won't recommend, I should have got that drink for free
The worker at the cash register was absolutely horrible. She was rude while taking my order, and then when I told her she got my order wrong she proceeded to argue with me for no reason. She raised her voice at me multiple times, undermined my concerns, had so much attitude I was shocked she is allowed to work at this shop. I am so embarrassed that an employee like her is representing this business. Love this place
I just needed a smoothie to get me through the rest of my work day. Pleasant place and a lot to chose from. I went with Taro Coconut Smoothie and was delicious. I would come back and be more adventurous next time.
