Our customer arranged shipping with a carrier of their choosing, and without warning a TEAMS truck showed up at 7:00 PM at night, the owner’s wife happened to be in the yard when he pulled in. She informed him that the shop was closed and advised him to return during regular business hours. Despite this, the driver insisted on being loaded that evening. Drivers NEVER stop talking on their damned phones. Will sit at dock for 5+ minutes talking and ignoring customers! Unloading truck, drivers ignore customers and continue talking on their phones. Newsflash people, you are now in CANADA, not India! Your behaviour is considered Rude and Offensive.
