I wish I can host a press conference on this. This is a fraudulent scamming company. Over a month my security has not been refunded despite the text evidence of promise to return it. They took a picture of my credit card and 2 days later, charges from "dubious" sites came in. I called the phones, no one picks up and email is not functional. I booked them through Hotels.com and they have given up trying to contact them. I warned them already of these fraudulent acts. This is just horrible
