Terrible service. We paid for special delivery instructions, which are stated on receipt: "Bring mattress inside, unpack, remove debris". Delivery driver dumped the mattress, still packed in the box, into our garage and left it there. When I asked if he'd bring it inside, he refused, stating "he doesn't do stairs". I had to ask the driver for the receipt to keep, which specified the instructions. Called company, was told by supervisor he would return to fulfill the service we paid for. He never came back.
